If you don’t see your question here, we are always happy to talk through your pet’s specific needs.
For the health and safety of all pets in our care, we require up-to-date vaccinations before check-in. Dogs must be current on rabies, distemper, and Bordetella. Cats must be current on rabies and distemper. Proof of vaccination from your veterinarian is required prior to arrival. These standards help us maintain a clean, healthy environment and reduce the risk of illness while pets are staying with us.

You are welcome to bring your pet’s regular food to help avoid digestive upset during their stay. We recommend pre-portioned meals labeled with feeding instructions. You may also bring small comfort items such as a blanket or toy, though we provide comfortable bedding. If your pet is on medication, please include clear written instructions.
